hard bed unconcerned staff

The location was pretty close to the Galata Tower. There is a small supermarket just around the corner.

The bed was hard. I struggled to sleep. There was a leak in the room from above. I told reception, but they did not seem concerned.

Great Location, Friendly Staff

helpful staff convenient location

The staff was really kind and helpful. I got an upgrade to a premium room. The location is central to many tourist attractions. The metro and tram are just a few minutes walk away (very convenient!).

The room lacked sufficient lighting from the single glass door. I also did not find the air conditioning control in the room. As it was hot, the room became quite warm.

polite staff good value convenient location

the staff was polite. breakfast offered good value. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Galata Tower.

The hotel had very bad sound isolation. I could hear street noise.

i found the location GREAT. it was close to many attractions. the staff were helpful. we got upgraded to a premium room. it had a nice city VIEW.

the breakfast variety was not HUGE.

helpful staff complimentary water patient answers

The staff were very helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport for me. they provided complimentary water, i found this very helpful. also, they patiently answered all my questions, i appreciated that a lot.

the hotel is close to a mosque, so i did wake up early. it would be great if there was better sound insulation to avoid this.
